In RL I am a midwife planning to cycle across Ethiopia and donate my services there for the Charity Maternity Worldwide...
www.maternityworldwide.orgI have been involved with several fundraising events in order to raise money for this trip and to raise the profile of this Charity.
In SL I am a quirky designer and lots of people have been asking me for something special! So After being chosen as a runner up in the "One in a Million Designer Challenge" - I decided to place my unique limited editions for sale in the Fierce Designs main store to raise money for the Charity....
All money raised from these designs will go directly to my fundraising site...

In Ethiopia as many as 1 in 7 women currently die in pregnancy or childbirth. Each one of these deaths is a tragedy that has a devastating effect on the family (many young children also die following the death of their mother) and hampers the community's development. Most of these lives could be saved by relatively simple, cheap measures. Maternity Worldwide is working hard to save lives in childbirth.
